Email is recommended for order-specific requests so you can include the order number and relevant details. Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What to Include
- Order number, if the request concerns a purchase
- Name and email used at checkout
- A short explanation of the question or issue
- Photos when helpful for a damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete item

Returns by Mail
Contact us before mailing a return. After authorization, we provide a free prepaid return label with routing instructions. Our default return address is the merchant address below, although the authorized label may direct the parcel to another valid processing location.
